Q: Can I use the program benefits right away?

A: Yes. Your online application is processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation and "temporary" card in your browser window with your US Patriot Card member number (letters followed by digits) to use until your membership card is sent in the mail. Within minutes, you will also receive an email with additional program information and a link to the picture of your temporary card, so you can use the program benefits right away.

Q: When will I receive my Membership ID card?

A: A membership card and full New Member kit, sent via First Class Mail within four weeks of your enrollment, is also mailed to you, and explains the US Patriot Card program benefits and services. In addition to your welcome e-mail, welcome postcards are also sent upon enrollment, with directions for getting online access to all your benefits.

Q: When will I receive the the US Patriot Card online newsletter?

A: The US Patriot Card member newsletter is a special publication sent by e-mail. It contains information on new and existing program benefits plus content of interest for members and their families. You must supply us an e-mail address to receive this valuable additional publication. You may opt out at any time.

Q: How do I find out about my benefits online and any special codes that are required?

A: When you have enrolled in the US Patriot Card you can just go to member benefits.Your e-mail confirmation also provides instructions on how to immediately activate your insurance benefits.
