Medical Evacuation

Medical Evacuation Insurance -- $50,000 in travel coverage

Uninsured travelers who require medical care overseas often face extreme difficulties. Medicare and Medicaid programs do not provide payment for medical services outside the U.S. Private medical insurance seldom covers medical evacuation from abroad back to the United States. Medical evacuation can easily cost $10,000 and up (Source: U.S. Dept. of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs).

It's easy to take advantage of this benefit--simply activate your Medical Evacuation Insurance Plan with the US Patriot Card to get $50,000 of policy coverage. This insurance is a part of your US Patriot Card membership--a value worth hundreds of dollars if purchased separately.

Our US Patriot Card Medical Evacuation plan covers emergency medical evacuation when traveling domestically or abroad back to a licensed medical facility in your home country, and one-way airfare to the place of residence for dependent children left behind. It also covers a round-trip flight for someone of your choosing to the place of hospitalization if you are hospitalized for more than seven days.

AD&D Insurance

AD&D Insurance Accident Insurance -- $5,000 in coverage

Accidental injury remains the number one cause of death for people under 40 and the fifth leading cause of death for all ages. While no one can predict when or where an accident may occur, you can be prepared when you travel with your AD&D coverage.

As a US Patriot Card member, you are eligible for coverage from our $5,000 AD&D (Accidental Death & Dismemberment) insurance plan. This AD&D insurance plan will deliver you a valuable financial benefit. And, if you already have other forms of life insurance, it offers an added layer of protection. As a US Patriot Card member, you pay nothing once you activate coverage. US Patriot Card pays all the monthly premiums for the policy that covers you by American Group International (AIG), the largest public insurance company in the U.S..
